Photographer and videographer: do you need both?
Photos give you the moments you'll frame. A film gives you the vows, the voices and the speeches. If you can, have both, and it's simpler and cheaper when one person books them together.
What each one captures
- Photos: the portraits, the details, the family groups, the frames for the wall and the album.
- Film: the vows in your own voices, the toasts, the first dance with the music, and how the day felt in motion.
Why book them together
I shoot photo and film, and booking both at the same tier takes 10% off. Essential photo and film is $3,060 together instead of $3,400, Signature is $5,400 instead of $6,000, and Premier with the Cinematic film is $8,190 instead of $9,100.
You also deal with one team, one timeline and one retainer, applied once.

Questions
Quick answers.
If our budget only allows one, which should it be?
Most couples choose photos first. If hearing the vows again matters most to you, a short film is worth it.
