Where I shoot · Myrtle Beach, SC
Myrtle Beach photographer.
Myrtle Beach is home base. Beyond the obvious stretch of sand, the city has a state park with a pier and maritime forest, the palms and paths of Market Common, and the lights of the boardwalk for evening shoots.
Places to shoot.
Myrtle Beach State Park
A pier, a quieter beach than downtown, and a maritime forest with shade when the sun is high. A favorite for families and maternity sessions.
Market Common
Tree-lined streets, Grand Park's lake and paths, and storefronts for a town look instead of a beach one. Good for engagement and senior photos.
The Boardwalk and oceanfront
The busiest, brightest part of town, with the SkyWheel and the boardwalk lights after dark. Fun for engagement and nightlife shoots, best early in the morning if you want it to yourself.
State parks and gardens charge admission, and some have rules or fees for professional sessions. We check the current rules before the day.
